Gina is a Member Manager at Alavi + Braza, P.C., a full service real estate law firm in Massachusetts. Prior to forming the firm, she was previously a solo practitioner with an emphasis in real estate matters and held an Of-Counsel position with the Law Office of David A. Camiel. Ms. Braza obtained her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics from Suffolk University and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Braza's real estate experience includes residential buyer, seller, and developer representation. Attorney Braza is an approved closing attorney for numerous local and national lenders and has conducted over three thousand closings during her law career. Gina speaks fluent Portuguese and is proficient in Spanish and French.
