Gina M. Braza, Esquire
Gina Braza is a Managing Partner at Alavi + Braza, P.C. Gina obtained her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics from Suffolk University and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Her impressive real estate experience includes commercial transactions, condo conversions, workouts, and representation of residential buyers, sellers, and developers. Gina is an approved closing attorney for numerous local and national lenders and has conducted thousands of closings during her law career. As a state certified instructor, Gina teaches classes on various real estate topics throughout Massachusetts. She has also served as a panelist for the Massachusetts Bar Association and Suffolk University Law School on real estate practice topics. Gina was also an active board member of Homestart, a non-profit organization that finds housing for the homeless in the City of Boston, and also served on the Industrial Development Committee for the Town of Milford. Gina speaks fluent Portuguese and is proficient in Spanish and French.
Ali Alavi, Esquire
Ali Alavi is one of the founding members of Alavi + Braza, P.C. Ali concentrates his practice in legal areas related to representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in the development, acquisition, and financing of real estate. Ali obtained his Bachelor of Science in 1990 and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. Ali started his career in patent law and transitioned to real estate over 20 years ago. Ali was the co-host of Real Estate Radio Boston, a show about "all things real estate" that broadcasted on WBZ 1030 for over five years. Ali has appeared on TV broadcasts, sat on a number of real estate panels, and has authored a number of articles related to the field.
Joseph D. Uliano, Esquire
Joseph is an Associate at Alavi + Braza, P.C. Joseph obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to law school, Joseph served as an Aid to Governor Mitt Romney, managing and organizing the Governor's public and private meetings, press conferences, and visits from foreign heads of state. While in law school, Joseph interned as a judicial clerk for the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court, writing numerous Decisions on topics ranging from adverse possession to land use. Since joining Alavi + Braza, P.C. in 2009, Joseph has gained extensive experience through buyer and seller representation, representing commercial and residential condominium developers in the creation and conveyance of various condominium projects, short sale negotiations, and as a closing attorney for numerous local and national lenders.

George is an Associate at Alavi + Braza, P.C. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Prior to law school, George worked as a patient advocate for the biotech company Athena Diagnostics. While at law school George interned for then-State Senator Edward Augustus (now city Manager of Worcester). Also while at law school George interned for Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts. George previously worked for a firm practicing in a narrow area of administrative law relating to worker’s compensation. George has specialized in real estate conveyancing since 2010, both in his own practice and working with another high volume real estate conveyancing firm. George has extensive knowledge in title matters and resolving title defects.
Todd Sullivan, Esquire
Todd is an Associate at Alavi + Braza, P.C. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Stonehill College and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to law school Todd worked in the hospitality industry and sales. Todd has gained extensive experience over his 15+ year career in representing Buyers, Sellers and developers in residential and commercial transactions. He is a lifelong resident of Central Massachusetts and is the proud father of two children.

John McMahon, Esquire
John is an associate attorney at Alavi + Braza, P.C, having joined in 2021. John received his undergraduate degree with a double major in History and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to law school, John worked in a creditor's rights law firm, and during law school John interned at the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents. Following law school, John practiced at a general practice law office, and another high-volume conveyancing office before joining Alavi + Braza. John's work consists of representing sellers, buyers, and lenders in the sale, acquisition, and financing of residential real estate as well as representing condominium developers with the preparation of condominium documents and the sellout of units for projects ranging in size. John also works to assist with title clearing matters.
