Our office will commonly be asked by the lender to provide closing services on their behalf and therefore, we will be representing the interest of the lender.  Therefore, we highly recommend for you to retain your own attorney to represent your interest in the transaction.  Our office can represent you, even if we are representing the lender for the closing, for a reasonable and nominal fee.  Our involvement in both of these facets will ensure a smooth and efficient closing process and you will have the peace of mind to know that your real estate transaction will get the highest level of attention from us.
