The firm has experience in representing buyers, sellers, and lenders of commercial real estate, ranging from multi-family residential units to larger-scale commercial properties.  Our attorneys work closely with investors and can assist clients in not only the acquisition and closing process but also in the sale and 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange of the property.  We will work with clients as well as approved intermediary agents to facilitate and accomplish anything from a small commercial exchange to larger complicated exchanges involving multiple properties.
